Summary of Health Insurance Coverage

Flexible Spending Account
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to reduce your taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars for certain health care  and dependent care expenses. Each year you have the option to enroll in one or both of these accounts.  Contributing to an FSA, through payroll deduction, helps you make the most tax-effective use of your salary.

COBRA (Continuation of Coverage)
Cobra is a federally mandated program that allows you to continue your medical, dental and vision benefits. COBRA provides extended health benefits coverage after loss of coverage situations. We will send a COBRA election notification at the time of loss of coverage by an employee or dependent
